Terms of use
These terms apply between you and [name / company] ("we"), who runs Fleap. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Fleap imports your training from services and devices you connect (such as Strava, Garmin or FIT files), analyses it and shows statistics, insights, training plans, race pacing, clubs and community features. Features may change as the service develops. Some features may in future require a paid plan; we will tell you before anything you use stops being free.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give a correct email address.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person per account.
3. Training and health advice
Fleap is not medical advice. Plans, insights, predictions and pacing are estimates from your data and published research, and can be wrong. Listen to your body, and talk to a doctor before hard training if you have a medical condition or symptoms. You train at your own risk.
4. Connected services
When you connect Strava, Garmin or another service, you allow us to read your data there as described in the privacy notice. Their own terms apply to their services. You can disconnect at any time under Connections.
5. What you share and post
- You keep the rights to what you post (club posts, comments, images, routes). You give us the right to show it to the people you share it with, to run the service.
- Do not post anything illegal, offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not harass other athletes. Club owners and moderators can remove posts in their club; we can remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
- Club activities are arranged by the clubs, not by us. Taking part is your own responsibility.
6. Fair use
Do not try to access other athletes' data, overload the service, scrape it, or get around its security.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Fleap available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that the service is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish law.
8. Ending
You can delete your account at any time under Settings; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy notice. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms, after a warning where reasonable.
9. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before. If you do not accept the change, you can delete your account.
10. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes go to a Swedish general court. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
